Shipping Information
You may return any item you are dissatisfied with within 30 days of purchase, for a full refund, minus shipping.  We would prefer that you come visit us again as a happy customer, knowing that if your not satisfied with whatever you purchase from us, that you can return it and get your money back. Please contact us for information on returning a product prior to doing so.
Furthermore, if any component of the returned product is missing, if there is damage or the product has been used, the return procedure is breached and SunProds.com may reject the return or may choose to impose additional charges for replacement of the missing component. A 15% restock fee will be charged for all returns. Custom built items, are non-returnable. Unless an error was made by SunProds.com, shipping charges are not refundable. Before returning items, it is necessary to call and speak with someone in the returns department to obtain an RMA # for your return. Once you have been instructed where to return the item you are responsible for shipping charges back to that address. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date issued and items must be received in that time frame. Please reference this number in a clear location on the outside of the package when returning product. The customer shall be responsible for the return of any unused product and agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof or delivery and insurance for the value of the shipment. 
Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry.  Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal.  If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions.
Most Items will ship within 2 to 15 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.

Please contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
